Mid-September we introduced Andrew Colwell to CTMD’s team as  our Project Director and Staff Ethnomusicologist.

Colwell says, “Having worked with Mongolian communities and artists on their own heritage-making efforts a world away for over a decade, I am beyond excited to work with New York’s diverse immigrant artists and communities as project director and staff ethnomusicologist at CTMD. More than ever does there need to be a public presence of new Americans resounding in the five boroughs and beyond in the true spirit of this immigrant nation. I look forward to connecting, meeting, and working with the extended CTMD family!”
