CTMD’s Samantha Shokin recently traveled to the International Annual Russian Guitar Festival and Seminar, which celebrates the uniquely Russian seven-string guitar. The Festival is held in a most unlikely place–  Iowa City, Iowa. Shokin writes about the festival this month in Tablet Magazine.
