Join us in Harlem as we explore the deep roots of jazz music and vernacular jazz dances-styles that gave lindy hop, mambo and even salsa a distinct New York cool. Dancer/choreographer Mickey Davidson and musician Eyal Vilner facilitate a performance workshop that will take guests on a musical journey of  African-American resilience through the blues, Great Migrations, a Renaissance, and vitality manifested in the music/dance.
